Return & Replacements

INDUSTRYNEST accepts returns and supplies replacement parts according to the policies outlined on the Returns page. INDUSTRYNEST must be notified of returns within 14 days of receipt and receive the product(s) within 30 days. Items received after 30 days, but before 60 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee. INDUSTRYNEST does not accept returns past 60 days. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and with all parts. All returns must be sent with an RMA # provided by INDUSTRYNEST and are subject to inspection before refunds or replacements will be issued. Not all items are returnable.

Ordering

Customers must use the industrynestparts.com website to place an order. Simply click the 'add to cart' button on the desired item page to add it to your shopping cart. Review the items in your cart by looking at the 'My Cart' section in the top right of the webpage or 'Checkout' at the top of the webpage to go directly to your shopping cart. Follow the instructions on screen to complete your order. Please contact us if you have any questions or have any issues with placing an order.

Payment, Pricing, & Promotions

All items must be paid for in full before shipping. INDUSTRYNEST accepts all major credit cards. Customers are responsible for correctly inputing their payment information during the checkout process.  Pricing is solely at the discretion of INDUSTRYNEST and is subject to change. INDUSTRYNEST is not responsible for any typographical errors on the industrynestparts.com webpage, including incorrect prices. In the event that an INDUSTRYNEST product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, INDUSTRYNEST reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, INDUSTRYNEST shall issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price. INDUSTRYNEST reserves the right to change pricing at any time, including for limited promotions. Prices solely reflect the items available from INDUSTRYNEST and not for any other retailer or manufacturer. Promotional prices and deals are at the discretion of INDUSTRYNEST and may be discontinued at any time.

To view an order you have already placed, please visit the Orders and Returns page. You will need the order number, the last name of the person billed, and email address to access the order.
