Aryung Coolant Pump ACRK 1-100/10 (60 Hz)

The Aryung ACRK 1-100/10 is a 0.75 kW stainless steel vertical multistage immersion pump for machine tool coolant systems, with 10 impeller stages in 10 chambers. The ACRK series is a high-lift multistage centrifugal pump for high-precision machine tools that need high coolant pressure for cooling and flushing the workpiece. Wetted parts are stainless steel and the mechanical seal uses FKM, so it holds up to heat and long run times. Typical uses: CNC lathes, machining centers, grinders, parts washers and filtration systems.

60 Hz build. This listing is for 60 Hz power, the standard in the US. The 50 Hz version of a given model can use a different motor and stage count.

Use

• Fluid must be clean and low viscosity, free of solid particles, abrasive sludge and fibers, and not explosive.
• If the fluid is heavier or thicker than water-soluble coolant, the motor may need to be upsized.
• Immersion depth can be extended with empty chambers. More empty chambers lowers the pressure.
• Fit a baffle between the discharge and suction sides of the tank so returning chips and air are not pulled straight back in.

ACRK = series, 1 = standard flow (1 m³/h), 100 = number of chambers x 10 (10 chambers), 10 = number of impeller stages. The outlet code follows (B = screw, F = flange), the seal material (SC, ST or TT) and voltage (2/2 = 200/220 V, 2/3 = 220/380 V, 4/4 = 415/440 V). IV marks the optional inverter-ready build.
