AL61, AL62 and AL63 are temperature sensor alarms. The controller has lost a sensor signal, usually from a loose connector or a broken wire.
| Code | Sensor | Main board connector |
|---|---|---|
| AL61 | Return (oil in) temperature | CN2 |
| AL62 | Supply (oil out) temperature | CN4 |
| AL63 | Target temperature (machine or ambient sensor) | Sensor housing on the machine side |
What to check
- Connector contact. Reseat the sensor connector on the main board and check the terminals.
- Twisted or pinched wire (AL63). Check that the machine-side sensor cable was not twisted or crushed during installation.
- Sensor or board failure. If the alarm returns after reseating, replace the sensor. If a new sensor does not clear it, the main board circuit has failed.

Still showing the alarm?
Call 847-466-5459 or email admin@industrynestparts.com with the alarm code, the chiller model and serial number from the nameplate, your machine model, and the supply voltage and frequency. If you can, press the PARA key and send us the parameter readings shown on the display. That lets us find the cause and the right part on the first call.
