Kwangrim NANOCON oil chillers, coolant chillers and water chillers show an alarm code on the display when something needs attention. Find your code below for the cause, the fix and the parts. These apply to CIL, CIC and CIW models used on Doosan, DN Solutions, Hyundai WIA, Mazak, Makino and other machine tools.
| Code | What it means |
|---|---|
| AL01 | Oil or coolant circulation, pump overload |
| AL02 | Cooling overload, dirty filter or condenser, fan |
| AL04 | Heater overheat thermostat |
| AL05 | Oil circulation, pressure switch |
| AL61, AL62, AL63 | Temperature sensor |
| H | High temperature, likely refrigerant leak |
| L | Low temperature, low oil flow |
| FIL | Filter cleaning reminder |
| Blank display | No power |
| Dot after temperature | Parameter screen locked |
Most alarms start with a dirty filter
AL02, H and FIL are often caused by a clogged air filter or condenser. Clean them first. It takes a few minutes and fixes most cooling alarms.
