Shipping

  • Small parcels: carrier shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Freight items: large or heavy items ship by freight, which we arrange separately. Freight is not charged at checkout. We bill it afterward at actual cost, with a $500 minimum.
  • Backordered items: items that are out of stock show Backorder and an estimated delivery time on the product page. Lead times differ by product.

Returns

  • Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Restocking fees depend on the item type.
  • Every return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email admin@industrynestparts.com to request one.
  • Special-order and custom items and consumables are not returnable unless defective, and some items are final sale. The full policy lists which ones.

Wrong, defective or damaged items

  • Wrong or defective item: tell us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Shipping damage: note it with the carrier and contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
