It has an MT4 size with 60 60-degree centre. High Runout accuracy (0.003mm, TIR 0.0001”) and lifetime lubricated bearing. Max rpm 6,000.
The high-performance lip seal and backside sealing structure provide a significant waterproof functional advantage, protecting the bearing space from ingress by dirt and coolant.
It is made from drop-forged raw materials and heat-treated for enhanced strength, rigidity, and longevity. (HRc. 60±2) This GG live center is being installed on almost all of the Korean machine builders.

ITEMIZED CENTERS
• CARBIDE TYPE: A center with a point tip welded with carbide alloy is called a carbide tip center or simply a carbide center.
It feature the High Resistance of Wear, High Rigidity than other Standard types, Low Load Variation, and High Hardness(HRA90±5)
• 30° EXTENDED TYPE: The part from the center point angled at 30°, extended, and then inclined to a 60° angle.
• A EXTENDED TYPE: The part from the center point angled at 30°, formed a straight section, and then in inclined to a 60°
angle. The shape of the center point resembles an ‘A’.
In addition to, you can consider the use of WP type(Water-Proof Live Center) which have slim body with small center head diameter. Also, It is suitable where the lubricant is sprayed than usual.
