At IndustryNest, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell and aim to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Because many of our parts are precision-engineered and sourced directly from manufacturers, certain items require special handling or eligibility restrictions.
Please review the policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
1. Standard Return Eligibility
Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original manufacturer’s packaging.Extended Window:
Returns received after 30 days and up to 60 days from delivery may be accepted at our discretion and will incur a 20 % restocking fee.Condition Requirements:
All returned items must include original manuals, components, labels, and accessories. Items showing signs of installation, use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.RMA Required:
Every return must be pre-authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns shipped without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

2. Restocking Fees

Restocking fees cover inspection, testing, and repackaging costs. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to IndustryNest’s error.
3. Wrong or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
We will issue an RMA and provide a prepaid shipping label.
Replacement parts will be shipped promptly at no cost.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, a 15 % restocking fee may apply once the item has been inspected and verified as functional.
4. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all packages upon delivery.
If the packaging or product is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 3 business days.
If damage is reported within this period, we will arrange pickup and replacement at no charge.
Claims made after 3 days may not be eligible for carrier insurance coverage.
5. Custom, Special-Order, and Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once production or shipment has begun, except in cases of confirmed defect:
Custom-manufactured components or assemblies made to customer specifications
Special-order or factory-built-to-order parts
Electrical/electronic control systems once installed or powered
Consumables (bearings, lamps, batteries, hoses, compressors, filters)
Clearance or discontinued items labeled Non-Returnable at time of purchase
Please confirm technical compatibility before ordering these items.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment has been processed.
Once tracking information has been issued or the order has shipped, it falls under the return process.
Orders cancelled after shipment are subject to the applicable restocking and shipping fees.
7. Return Shipping & Credit Processing
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return freight charges.
All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
8. International Returns
For international orders, please contact us at [email protected] for instructions before shipping back any product. Customers are responsible for international shipping costs, duties, and customs clearance.
9. Exceptions & Discretion
IndustryNest reserves the right to deny or limit returns based on misuse, improper installation, or repeated abuse of the return policy. All exceptions will be handled case-by-case to ensure fairness to both the customer and supplier.
