AL05 is an oil circulation alarm. The oil pressure switch is not seeing enough pressure, or the alarm signal wiring has a fault.
Clear the alarm
Press POW briefly, or reset the main breaker.
Causes and what to check
- Machine tank filter. Check that the filter in the machine's oil tank is clean. Replace it if it is badly clogged.
- Oil level. With the machine stopped, fill oil to the "H" mark. Low oil lets the pump draw air.
- Suction filter. Clean the chiller's suction filter.
- Blockage. Check the inlet and outlet lines and the pump suction side.
- Pump. If the pump motor does not run properly, replace the pump.
- Signal wiring. Check signal wires 1 and 9 for a poor contact.
- Pressure switch. Turning the pressure switch adjustment counterclockwise lowers the trip point to about 0.8 bar. Only do this after the steps above, because it masks a real flow problem.

Still showing the alarm?
Call 847-466-5459 or email admin@industrynestparts.com with the alarm code, the chiller model and serial number from the nameplate, your machine model, and the supply voltage and frequency. If you can, press the PARA key and send us the parameter readings shown on the display. That lets us find the cause and the right part on the first call.
