A flashing H means the chiller is not cooling. The oil temperature is above the upper limit.
What to check
- Warm air from the top of the chiller. If the air coming out is warm but the oil is not being cooled, the refrigerant has most likely leaked out.
- Airflow first. Rule out a clogged air filter or condenser and a stopped fan. See Alarm 02.
Refrigerant leaks need a technician
Finding and repairing a leak, and recharging refrigerant (R407C or R410A depending on model), must be done by an EPA 608 certified refrigeration technician. Call us. We can quote the repair parts or a replacement chiller.

Still showing the alarm?
Call 847-466-5459 or email admin@industrynestparts.com with the alarm code, the chiller model and serial number from the nameplate, your machine model, and the supply voltage and frequency. If you can, press the PARA key and send us the parameter readings shown on the display. That lets us find the cause and the right part on the first call.
