The Aryung ACHK 8-10/1 is a 0.55 kW compact stainless steel multistage immersion pump for machine tool coolant systems, with 1 impeller stage in 1 chamber. The ACHK series is a medium-pressure multistage centrifugal pump with a compact build for machines where space in or above the tank is tight. Wetted parts are stainless steel and the mechanical seal uses FKM, so it holds up to heat and long run times. Typical uses: CNC lathes, machining centers, grinders, parts washers and filtration systems.

Use

  • Fluid must be clean and low viscosity, free of solid particles, abrasive sludge and fibers, and not explosive.
  • If the fluid is heavier or thicker than water-soluble coolant, the motor may need to be upsized.
  • Immersion depth can be extended with empty chambers. More empty chambers lowers the pressure.
  • Fit a baffle between the discharge and suction sides of the tank so returning chips and air are not pulled straight back in.
