HALS Lube HMGP-303M vs. Aryung AMGP-01NS: Can You Swap Them?
Way lube pumps fail at bad times, and the exact pump isn't always on the shelf. The HALS Lube (Hansung) HMGP-303M and the Aryung AMGP-01NS do a similar job, but they aren't identical. IndustryNest is an authorized dealer for HALS Lube and an authorized US distributor for Aryung, so we carry both.
Side by side
| HMGP-303M | AMGP-01NS | |
|---|---|---|
| Discharge | 150 cc/min | 125/150 cc/min (50/60 Hz) |
| Pressure | 17 kg/cm² | 1.7 MPa working |
| Tank | 2 L | 1.8 L |
| Oil viscosity | 32 to 220 cSt | 30 to 500 cSt |
| Level and pressure sensing | Built-in low level and pressure detectors | Float switch and pressure switch |
| Voltage | 110, 200 or 220 V, single phase | 110 or 220 V, single phase |
On paper the flow and pressure line up closely, which is why these pumps get compared.
What to check before you swap
- Control and wiring. The pump's sensor signals have to match what the machine controller expects. Compare both circuit diagrams.
- Mounting. Compare the bolt pattern and overall size against the machine.
- Outlet. The AMGP-01NS uses a PT 1/8 outlet with a 6 mm line. Confirm your fitting.
- Metering units. Your existing distributors, whether piston or proportional, must suit the pump's pressure and cycle.
- Oil. Stay inside the viscosity range of the pump you choose.
Same pump is the safe choice
If the machine is under warranty or you can't verify the wiring, replace like for like. The machine builder's parts list usually tells you which pump was fitted. For grease systems, see the HGP-10LMG grease pump and its HCG-00-7 cartridge.
