Oil Pumps in Kwangrim Chillers: Aryung and Doosan Part Number Cross-Reference

On By IndustryNest / 0 comments

Many Kwangrim CIL oil chillers circulate oil with an Aryung AMTP motor T-Rotor pump. The same pump can carry three part numbers: Aryung's, Kwangrim's and the machine builder's. This table lines them up.

Cross-reference

Chiller Pump model Kwangrim part Doosan / DN Solutions part
CIL 301 Aryung AMTP200-208LNVT CL03M208 400206-00319-04
CIL 751 Aryung AMTP400-212LNVT CL07M212 400206-00193A-06
CIL 1101 Aryung AMTP400-216LNVT CL11M216 400206-00328-06

Chiller revisions can use different pumps, so confirm with your chiller's model and serial number before ordering.

Aryung AMTP specifications

Model Motor Flow 50 / 60 Hz Max pressure
AMTP200-208LNVT 200 W 12.6 / 15.1 L/min 0.5 MPa
AMTP400-212LNVT 400 W 18.0 / 21.6 L/min 0.6 MPa
AMTP400-216LNVT 400 W 24.3 / 29.1 L/min 0.6 MPa

Signs the oil pump is the problem

  • An oil circulation alarm. On Kwangrim units, that's Alarm 05. Check the machine tank filter, oil level, suction filter and lines first. Replace the pump only if its motor isn't running properly.
  • New grinding noise or vibration from the oil circuit.
  • Oil temperature that won't hold even with a clean condenser. Start with our maintenance checklist.

A clogged filter can look like a failed pump. For code-by-code help, use the alarm codes guide.
